Received prestigious award Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship award-2021 from the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science &Technology, Government of India. Award amount Rs.11.3 million (for 5-year) to support fellowship and conduct research on "Assessment of patient-derived exosomal contents and computational analysis: Implication in early diagnosis, risk assessment for pancreaticobiliary cancer in India".

Received a Project Grant (2013) from Uttarakhand Council of Science & Technology (UCOST), India on “Cloning and characterization of DAHP synthase gene from Parthenium hysterophorus weed: A novel target for herbicide design.

March 2015-Jan 2019: Research Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Oncologic Sciences, USA- Mitchell Cancer Institute. Worked on pancreatic and prostate cancer pathogenesis, drug resistance, combination therapy, and marker development.

January 2014 - March 2015: Postdoctoral Fellow at Oregon State University, OR, USA.
