Guidelines and Rules for Registration

1. Registration Deadline: Authors of accepted papers must complete their registration on or before 15th November, 2026. Registrations received after the deadline may not be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
2. IEEE Membership Benefit: The discounted registration fee applicable to IEEE members will be provided only to authors who have a valid and active IEEE membership at the time of registration. The membership details may be verified during the registration process.
3. Registration for Additional Participants/Attendees: Registration of an accepted paper covers participation by the registered author only. If any co-author, accompanying person, or other individual wishes to attend the conference, participate in paper presentation sessions, or attend keynote, tutorial, or other conference sessions, that individual must register separately as an Attendee.
4. Multiple Accepted Papers: If an author has more than one accepted paper, separate registration is required for each accepted paper. The applicable registration fee must be paid separately for each paper, and the corresponding registration details should be submitted accordingly.
5. Presenter Identification: The author who will present the paper must upload a valid institutional/affiliation identity card during registration. The identity card should clearly establish the presenter's affiliation with the college, university, research institute, or organization mentioned in the registration.
6. Non-Refundable Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once the registration has been completed and the payment has been made, the fee cannot be refunded or transferred to another paper or participant.
7. Registration Certificate: The conference participation/registration certificate will be issued in the name of the registered author/participant as provided in the registration form. Participants are therefore requested to ensure that their name, affiliation, and other details are entered correctly.
8. International Author Category: An author whose current institutional affiliation is outside India will be considered an International Author, irrespective of their nationality. Such authors must pay the registration fee applicable to the International Author category.
9. Accuracy of Registration Information: Authors are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the registration form. In particular, the paper ID, author name, affiliation, email address, IEEE membership details where applicable, and payment information must be entered correctly.
10. Paper Presentation Requirement: At least one registered author of every accepted paper must present the paper during the conference in accordance with the conference presentation guidelines. Failure to complete registration and/or presentation requirements may affect the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings, subject to the applicable conference and IEEE policies.

Registration Procedure

Authors are requested to follow the steps given below to complete their registration successfully.

Participants are advised to retain the payment transaction details for future reference.

Step 3: Save the Payment Transaction Receipt

After completing the payment, download or take a clear screenshot of the transaction receipt/payment confirmation.

Step 5: Complete & Submit the Registration Form

After making the payment, complete the online registration form using the Registration Form link provided below.

Important Notes

• One registration is required for each accepted paper.
• Additional participants/co-authors wishing to attend the conference must register separately as Attendees, wherever applicable.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• IEEE member rates are applicable only to authors with active and valid IEEE membership.
• The presenting author must provide a valid institutional identity card.
• Authors with a current affiliation outside India will be treated as International Authors and must pay the applicable international registration fee.
• Please ensure that the Paper ID and transaction reference number are entered correctly.
• Payment receipts must follow the prescribed naming convention.
• The conference organizers reserve the right to verify registration information and supporting documents.
• Registration does not automatically guarantee publication in the proceedings; publication remains subject to compliance with the applicable conference and IEEE requirements.
