REGISTRATION FORM

Guideline and Rules for Registration:

The authors are requested to please go through the guidelines carefully before making the final registration.

1. Authors should register before 19th Dec 2022 for the conference.

2. The benefit of IEEE membership will be only provided if the registering author has an active IEEE membership.

3. In case of the author’s/individual other than the registered author (who have accepted papers)willing to participate the ICPCES 2023 conference in paper presentation Sessions/keynote/tutorial session, registration in the conference as an attendee is mandatory.  (Participants other than the registered author if wish to attend the conference, then that person also needs to register as an “Attendee” to attend the conference).

4. If more than one paper is accepted for an author, then the author needs to register for each paper separately.

5. The presenterhas to Upload a valid affiliation (college/institution) identity card for registration. 

6. The registration fee is non-refundable. 

7. The certificatewill be issued to the Registered Author

8. Transaction receipt uploaded should be named as TR_PaperID_Transaction Ref Number(in pdf or jpg/jpeg format). For example, if the paper ID is 67 and the transaction ref number is RMGESG123456, then the file name should be saved as TR_67_RMGESG123456

9. The author’s current affiliation from abroadwill be considered as an international author, and the registration fee will be charged as per the category. 

Steps for registration:

1. The payment must be done as per the category to the account Number mentioned below.

2. Take the snapshot of the payment and save it as TR_PaperID_Transaction Ref Number(in pdf or jpg/jpeg format). For example, if the paper ID is 67 and the transaction ref number is RMGESG123456, then the file name should be saved as TR_67_RMGESG123456

3. After the payment the author has to fill the google form, where the valid identity card and the payment proof will be uploaded.

Payment of the registration fees directly through NEFT/RTGS/IMPB/Bank transfer to the account details given below.
