Professor Rama Shanker Verma, Director of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj has formally inaugurated the Wall’97, LED screen for multiple purposes. The alumni of 1997 batch have contributed the required fund for installation of two big LED screens on the occasion of their silver jubilee celebration last year on the call of MNNIT Alumni Association. These two screens of approximately Rupees 34 Lac are installed in academic and hostel campuses, respectively. Director Prof. Verma has suggested for multiple use of these screens. On one hand these screens can be used for conveying the useful information to the students of the institute while fund raising can also be done by limited commercial use. Prof. Avanish Kumar Dubey, Vice president of Alumni Association, Prof. Geetika, Dean, Resource Generation and International Affairs, Dr. Jitendra Gangwar, secretary of alumni association, Registrar, Deans and Members of Executive Committee of Alumni Association were present on this occasion.[April 28, 2023]
