The inaugural ceremony of Diamond Jubilee Global Alumni Convention -2022 was organised on 25 Nov, 2022 at the MP hall in the MNNIT campus and was attended by more than hundreds of alumni along with their family members as well, retired and current faculty staff. The MP hall is the most endeared place of every MNNITian and the setting itself was enough to tickle the college memories. The Guest of Honour Er. Anurag Sharma of batch 1983-ME & the Chief Guests Shri. Shashi Bansal batch of 1969-ME and Dr. Ravinder Kumar Bansal batch of 1971-ME were introduced and honoured in front of the most valued alumni. Followed by memento felicitation to the Chief Guests and Guest of honour. Prof. Mukul Shukla Vice President MAA honoured President Ex-officio of MAA, Director of MNNIT, Prof R.S. Verma Sir with memento. The ceremony went on by addresal by the chief guests and guests of honour delivering a stirring anecdotes and experiences which invoked a sense of nostalgia and belongingness within the alums. Inauguration came to an end where distinguished representatives released the Souvenir. The extravaganza of togetherness and kinship ended with a vote of thanks by the Secretary MAA, Dr. Vandana Agarwal followed by the National Anthem.
