The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, proudly announces the hosting of Third International Conference on VLSI, Communication and Signal Processing (VCAS 2020). The conference aims to provide a platform for academicians, individuals working in the industry, as well as students to showcase their research innovations and get recognition. VCAS 2020 aspires to bring together research professional fraternity for the discussions and exchange of information on advances in VLSI, Communications and Signal Processing. In a quest to regard all classes of research-oriented audience from across the globe, the three-day conference (VCAS 2020) is proposed to be held from October 9, 2020 to October 11, 2020. The scope of the conference embraces all the latest research trends in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

VCAS 2020 will feature pre-conference/ in-conference tutorials and workshops, addressing fundamental and emerging topics in VLSI, Communication and Signal Processing. Tutorial/Workshop proposals should be emailed to the Respective Chairs and Organizing Secretary of VCAS 2020 (see below).
A tutorial session (preliminary) is 1 hour and 30 minutes with a 10-minute break between two consecutive tutorial sessions.
A workshop session (preliminary) is 3 hours with a 15-minutes break. Depending upon the proposal and suitability the length of workshop may be elongated.

Prayagraj is situated in the north part of India in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is well connected with flights, rail and road transport to other parts of India. Daily trains, buses and flights are available from major cities in India.

About the city
The city is a primary center for culture, religion and education. The confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and mythical Saraswati rivers defines this city. Many national and regional headquarters of administration, military and research facilities are located in the city.
Prayagraj is also famous for producing 7 out of 15 Prime Ministers of India - Jawahar Lal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Gulzari Lal Nanda, Vishwanath Pratap Singh and Chandrashekhar, they all were either born in Prayagraj, were alumni of Allahabad University or were elected from a constituency in Prayagraj.
