Author(s) must adhere to the followings for submission of paper(s):

• The first author of each submitted paper must be a student.


• All the papers will be checked for plagiarism and papers that violate IEEE’s publication principles may be summarily rejected.


• Only original and unpublished paper in the areas given in Call for Papers must be submitted. For Call for Papers click here.


• Papers should be submitted in IEEE double column format limited to 6-pages in the paper template. Please click here to download the conference template.


• The conference will have oral and poster sessions. High quality original papers as per the standards of IEEE will be accepted.


• All accepted papers, presented by the duly registered authors in SCES-2020, shall be submitted to the IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore®.


• The paper accepted under poster session will only be included in the conference proceedings.


• All the papers must be submitted through on-line paper submission via EasyChair.

Best Paper Awards:

• Best Paper Awards will be judged by the technical committee experts.
